How Data Is Stored

All data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud). Authentication credentials are managed by Firebase Authentication and are never stored in plain text.

Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication — for secure sign-in
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — for push notifications
• Expo Push Notifications — for delivering notifications to mobile devices
• Resend — for sending account and competition-related emails (receives the recipient's email address and message content only)

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with advertisers or any unrelated third parties. Data is only shared with the services listed above as required for the app to function.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the app, without needing to contact anyone first. Deleting your account removes your account and profile, and any access records tied directly to it. Some shared team, competition, attendance, coaching, or historical records may be retained as part of the club's ongoing records, even after your account is deleted.

Children's Privacy

Falcons Youth FC is used by parents and coaches of youth football players. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. All accounts are intended to be created and managed by adults.
